Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 potatoes medium-large potatoes
- Sliced Bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- Bay leaves
Heat the oil up in a saucepan. Add the sliced onions and potatoes and cook for some minutes.
After this, add the paprika, the salt and the water. The water must totally cover all the ingredients.
Stir all for some minutes and cook it over low heat until the potatoes are tender. Add the slices of bread and serve the soup in a clay pot.
